Applicants that have previously applied NEED to re-apply to this announcement.NT-04: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band NT-03 (GS-09/10 equivalent) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector must demonstrate the following: Developing data management plans and coordinating on-site collection by utilizing software tools to catalog data for the improvement of data management, verification and distribution processes.

NT-03: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band NT-02 (GS-05/08) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Executing data management plans for the cataloging of data to support the improvement of data management, verification and distribution processes.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.For the NT-03 pay band: Education may be used to substitute experience with the following:
  • Successful completion of two full years of graduate level education that is directly related to the position being filled; OR

  • A combination of experience and graduate level education as described above that equates to one year of experience. The percentage of the required education plus the percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
