Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
? Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in staffing and recruiting services.
? Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their staffing needs and delivering customized solutions.
? Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Client and Candidate Engagement:
? Partner with clients to identify job requirements and deliver qualified candidates. ? Work collaboratively with recruiters to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Market Research:
? Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
? Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies.
- Administrative Duties:
? Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts using CRM tools.
? Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
- Travel:
? Travel within the designated region to meet with clients, attend networking events, and participate in trade shows or industry-specific events.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in sales, preferably within a staffing agency, product warehouse sales, or related field.
- Skills:
? Strong problem-solving abilities.
? Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
? Ability to work independently and think critically.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. ? Transportation: Must have a valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel and adapt to various work environments (office, remote, and on-site visits).
- Recruiting Experience: Prior experience in recruiting or working within a staffing agency is a plus.
Work Environment:
- Travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and attend events. ? Combination of office-based, remote work, and on-site client visits.
