Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, source, and screen qualified candidates for a variety of roles across multiple industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to match candidates with job opportunities effectively.
• Manage job postings and utilize various recruitment platforms and tools to attract top talent.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with team members to meet recruitment goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a staffing agency setting.
• Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Organization: Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
