Entry-Level Part-Time Recruiter

Job Description:

We are seeking an entry-level part-time recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the recruitment process for various positions within the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source candidates, and screen resumes. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong desire to learn and grow in the recruiting field.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
• Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job postings.
• Source candidates using various recruiting methods, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as tracking candidate progress and maintaining applicant tracking systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in recruiting or HR is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Flexible schedule, with availability to work up to 20 hours per week.
