ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify prospects, set appointments, and prepare presentations and proposals
- Arrange and coordinate meetings with prospective customers - on the phone and in person
- Update customer relationship management database with daily communications, opportunities and tasks
- Manage a robust and evolving pipeline of prospective customers
- Achieve minimum weekly, monthly and annual sales goals
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: High School Diploma
- Experience: 3 years of sales support, customer service, or other customer-facing roles
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Basic level Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Compensation: $24 per hour during the training period, transitioning to a salary plus uncapped commission program.
