Position Details:
- Caseload Requirement: Maintain 1200 direct client hours per year, measured quarterly as 300 direct client hours per quarter.

Position Overview: This position is designed specifically for clinicians seeking to avoid burnout, currently experiencing burnout, or aspiring to achieve a better work-life balance. As a Clinician I, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality mental health care to our clients while enjoying the flexibility to manage your schedule and prioritize self-care, family, hobbies, and other personal pursuits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide mental health therapy services to clients with a focus on achieving symptom relief.
- Maintain an active registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
- Conduct mental health assessments and establish medical necessity through strong writing skills.
- Embrace cultural awareness and demonstrate compassion in your work.
- Work towards democratizing access to mental health therapy by serving a diverse range of clients.
Qualifications:
- Active registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
- Compassionate and caring nature.
- Passion for supporting local communities and destigmatizing mental health.
- Cultural awareness, education, and/or knowledge.
- Strong writing skills to complete mental health assessments.
Preferred:
- Knowledge and/or familiarity with the local populations.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Training in an evidenced-based modality like CBT, DBT, ART, EMDR, etc. (Training can be provided).
- Trauma-informed experience and education.
